Shirley Shearin

The Lord has called our mother, Shirley Ann Swicegood Shearin home. She was carried away from our world gently, and her children; Eric Shearin, Amie Taylor, Jessica Robinson; her nieces and nephews Rebecca Bove, Lisa Sadler, Paul O’Connell, Brian Etue, Paula Maeurer; and the host of grandchildren that are her legacy know that it was with peaceful.  She possessed quiet strength and immense courage.  It made her an absolute rockstar, and our hero.  She overcame so many things, all while protecting us, and taught us so many lessons along the way.  Even though we can no longer see her, or hold her, her presence will always be felt in the actions and words that live on in our hearts and memories.
