Milton Childress

Milton Layne Childress, 68 of Columbia, Virginia, passed away at his home on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.

He was born to the late Joseph A. and Shirley T. Childress on May 25, 1955. Two brothers also preceded him in death, Abner K. and Jimmy D. Childress.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 48-years, Brenda T. Childress, his son Jamie L. Childress, his two grandsons, Michael T. and Sean J. Childress, his sister Brenda Huddleston (James), his brother Dennis Childress.

Milton loved to fish, hunt, work on guns, and hang out with his many friends who loved his sense of humor and will surely miss him.

Milton is in the care of Sheridan Funeral Home.
