Corey Len Tinder Mayhew also k nown as " Locally Famous" earned his wings on September 14, 2020 at 22 years old.  He was bor n i n Tulsa, O K on March 16, 1998 and lived in Orange, VA . Corey was p r e ce ded in death by hi s father , Keith Lester Mayhew from Spout Spring, V A; h is g randfather s , Stoney Riley , Allen Horn , Sr. and Pop-P op Bootsy Mayhew ; a brother , Chaz Gordon Tinder; and Granny Jean . He is survived by his beautiful 17 month old d aughter , Camila Leslie Johnson ; m other , Susan Rosa ; step dad , Hammy Rosa; b rother s, Lawrence Shifflett and Mark Shifflett , Jr . "Aka Lil man" ; s ister s, Catoria Shifflett, Chastyn Tinder and Tess Shifflett; n iece, Milani Shifflett; grandmother, Linda Riley; U ncle Allen and wife Cheryl , Aunt Peggy Cooper, Aunt Candy; c ousin s , Stephanie , Sammie , Kaylee, Brittany, Lakyn, Amber, Christiauna, C ody B ugs , Lil David, Jord an, Summer, Aunt Debbie, Aunt Leslie and several cousins.

He also le ft behind his brothers from another m other , Brandon Sisk, Kenden Carter, Jordan Richards, Bryan Ray, Dalton Collins . Corey left behind many friends that w ere dear to him! He was full of life with the biggest heart you ’ ve ever seen . If he had it you had it, t o a bum on the street he would give his last dollar , he had his Daddy's heart. His passion was family, t h en money , th e n bikes. His smile lifted everyone's heart up!

A c elebration of life will be on September 19, 2020 at Pleasant Grove Park in Palmyra , VA from 2 to 8 pm . F amily and friends viewing will be held on September 18, 2020 at Sheridan Funeral Home in Kents Store, VA at 7pm .
