Helen Click

Helen Y. Click, 93, of Powhatan County, Virginia, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2025. She was born on September 20, 1932, in Richmond, Virginia, and lived a full and loving life surrounded by family and friends.

Helen was preceded in death by her first husband, James E. Gant Jr., and her second husband, Wayne E. Click. She was also predeceased by her sons Timothy W. Gant and Jeffrey M. Gant. She is survived by her son Michael W. Click and his wife Pam; daughters Marsha English and Suzanne Moore and her husband Jeffery; and daughter-in-law Vicky Gant Wilson, widow of her son Timothy. Helen was a devoted grandmother to Katie West and her husband Mathew, Travis Gant, Ryan English, Jordan Click, Jessica Click, and Anna English, and a proud great-grandmother to Tatum West and Hunter West. To her grandchildren, she was lovingly known as “Grammy,” a name that perfectly captured her warmth and affection.

Helen worked for many years in mortgage banking and was known for her dedication and strong work ethic. She had a great love for dogs and always found joy in the companionship and comfort they brought. Above all, she cherished time spent with her loved ones and valued the joy of being surrounded by family and friends.

A visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 11551 Lucks Lane, Midlothian, Virginia 23114. A reception will follow the service. 

Arrangements are being handled by Norman Funeral Chapel.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
