Gary Wayne Shull Sr.

Gary Wayne Shull Sr., 71, of Troy Va lost his battle with Cancer on September 16, 2026, at his home surrounded by his Family.

Gary is survived by his wife of 52 years, Merica Jo Shull; his Daughter Sabrina Shull Lamb (Rodney Lamb); his Son, Gary Wayne Shull Jr., (Sandra Shull); His grandchildren: Justin Kyle Lamb (Tori), Kassandra Marie Shull, Gary Wayne Shull III and Graycie Jo Shull; his Great Grandchildren Lainey Mae and Lila Tate Lamb; his Brothers Charles Shull, Leo Shull and Daniel Shull.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Cole and Bessie Shull; His Brother Tommy Shull; his Sister Barbara Shull Irving, and his first-born grandson Joshua Scott Lamb.

Gary made a lifetime Career starting in the early 70's working for Bob Davis Towing Cars and continued his career as the Owner/Operator of Gary Shull's Towing in Troy, VA. Gary enjoyed building classic and antique cars, going to Cars Shows and spending time with his family.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th, between the hours of 6:00-8:00pm, at Sheridan Funeral Home, 4626 Cedar Lane Road, Kents Store, Virginia. A funeral service honoring the life of Gary will be held at 11:00am Monday, September 21st, at New Fork Baptist Church, 16 New Fork Church Lane, Palmyra, Virginia.
