Melvin Williams Davis

Melvin Williams Davis, Sr., 86, of Goochland, VA, went to be with the Lord on May 22, 2021. Melvin was born on March 24, 1935 to his late parents, Marcellus and Mary Alice Davis. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Rachel Cutright Davis; son, Melvin Davis, Jr.; daughters, Susan Davis and Barbara Davis; sister, Berta Stanley Proffitt; 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 4-6pm on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Norman Funeral Chapel in Goochland, VA. A funeral will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Mizpah Christian Church in Goochland, VA.
